About us

Peninsula Furniture Frames (PFF) was established in July 1977 by its Managing Director, John Mitchell. His two sons Travis and Hayden became involved in the business some years ago and now carry out the role of joint managers.

The aim of PFF is to supply the upholstery industry with quality timber frames that meet the industries exact requirements. PFF offer assistance with design and the manufacture of prototypes.

PFF policy is to work in partnership with upholsterers, interior decorators and architects to successfully achieve a good outcome for both parties.

PFF have continued to invest heavily in the latest up-to-date machinery which enables our organisation to produce consistent and precise product quality. Our equipment includes  computerised docking and panel saws and two cnc routing machines for cutting shaped componentry.

PFF is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our products and production by means of new improved equipment and or techniques.

PFF has the ability to handle low and high volume work. We have produced frames for many large contract jobs including casinos, hotels, aged care, golf clubs and gaming facilities as well as attending to our regular domestic retail market.

Some of the large companies we have had involvement with over the years are:

Moran of Melbourne | Moran Contract | Jardan | Sofa workshop | Lounge Designer Furniture | Molmic Furniture
